Thanks to his degree in Economics and Qualification in Business Consultancy, Fiscal Expert and Accounting Auditor, Dr. Pierangelo Grassi is day by day directly involved in coordinating each job and activity of his Studio and his attention is always particularly focused on any single special and critical case, wherever then some higher and prompt attention, and/or action is needed to look for the best solution with no particular delay or trouble.

Behavior Pattern
We focus our attention to Customers’ needs and requirements and basically base our work on 3 (three) different steps or phases:
- the first fact-finding step where we get in touch and know people and their requests
- the following second step where we evaluate concrete and feasible options to propose to them with the main view to show our final conclusions and comments,
- the final third step, we can name executive phase, where we accordingly take action.
Each phase is made under our Director’s personal support and control, Dr. Pierangelo Grassi, Quality Responsible leading and controlling all steps made and his employees’ prompt actions.
